This is best done in meditation where your mine is clear and focused on the task at hand.

Once in a meditative space where your mind is off and you are connected to your higher self:

1. Take the stone or item in your projective hand (your dominate hand, usually your right, or your left if you are a leftie).
2. Visualize your intention. Pouring energy out of your body into the stone.
3. See the power in your mind's eye flowing from your body through your projective hand and into the stone.
4. When you know the stone is vibrating with your personal power & intention, charging is complete.

This is a simple process and can be repeated if you feel your stone needs to be re-charged. Usually, the stone will accept whatever energy you are projecting. Especially if you wear it everyday.
